If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Upon receiving your books, you have 10 calendar days to notify us of any defects in workmanship.
To be eligible for an exchange, your book must have have obvious defects or flaws that occurred in the printing process of the book.
Defects or flaws in the textual content of the book, such as misspellings or typographical errors that can be reasonably attributed to the user, are NOT covered under the exchange policy.
Defects or flaws in the original image files that you upload, such as discoloration, pixelation, or blurring, are NOT covered under the exchange policy.
We cannot guarantee “perfect” custom book cover alignment, but we will do our best to line your image up as closely as possible using the same template you used when creating the book cover image as a guide when constructing your physical cover. Book covers with spine alignment that is off by less than ¼” are NOT covered under the exchange policy.
If we need to reprint your book due to any defects or flaws in the printing, you will not be charged for shipping for the replacement book. Depending on the defects or flaws in the book, we may require that the book be returned to us for quality control, so that we can determine what caused the problem. That shipping will be free, also, and will be required before replacing your book.

If you are here to read the policy, then continue on. As noted above, you may cancel your order at any time before we begin working on it. Because we create your books personally for you, once we have started to devote our team’s time and materials to fulfill your order, the order is finalized and may no longer be refunded or canceled. We will make every effort to create a book that you and your family will cherish.
As stated in the Refunds section above, there are no returns once we have started working on the physical order.
